The Weekend Baker :: Apple Cinnamon Pull-Apart Bread

Inspired by an image on Pinterest, I scoured several recipes came up with my own adaptation. Instead of small chunks of apples I used thin slices, apple-pie thin slices. This recipe turned out well - really well. Next time we'll make some adaptations... I encourage you all to have fun with add-ins... add some raisins or dried cranberries or walnut pieces. They'd be wonderful. This was our trial run and so we kept it simple. While not at all hard to make, this recipe is time-consuming. You'll need an hour to let the dough rise and an hour + in the oven. I've tried my best to simplify this. For more head over to Food & Entertaining.
