Today would be La Jolie Grandmere's Birthday. I miss her incredibly so... more than ever these days. I miss her calm words and her wisdom. I miss that she was my number one fan... that she always stood by me and supported me through thick and thin. I wish I had remembered. My mother reminded me. Otherwise I would have picked up some bubbly to make a Coupe de Champagne that I would have enjoyed with my Croquembouche... for dinner of course!
