We were thisclose to going to contract. The inspection went well and we were hoping to have their contract in our hands sometime this week, next week latest. Well, it's all fallen through. The people who were planning on buying this house can't because the people who put the offer on theirs backed out. It's so frustrating and maddening... yet, there is nothing that can be done. It's such a crazy market that who knows how long it will take to have another offer... So we need to list the house again which means life will be insane around here and all the clutter that has started to accumulate again needs to be put away... and once again we need to be on top of the kids to have them be neat and tidy... once again, we must live in a museum... this really sucks.
