Kind Finds for your Stylish Thursday

I started a board on Pinterest a while back that's sort of a hodge podge of things that I thought to be particularly wonderful for various reasons. I had no specific place for these items so I stuck them onto a board that I simply called Fabulousness for safekeeping. The problem, for me, is that generally anything that involves the word safekeeping usually gets forgotten, or worse, lost! In an attempt to locate a lost and fabulous pin I stumbled across this fabulous and lost board of mine. There were so many wonderful ideas and things worth sharing and since I really had nothing slated to be posted to, I thought why not! I hope some of these photos make you smile and inspire you.

I simply loved the idea of hanging the industrial paper on the wall like this. I'm pretty sure we even have one of those paper holders for our crafts table from when the kids were younger. This fab idea comes from Bistro Union in the London.

As brilliant and creative as I am ;) I am not sure I'd ever have thought of leaning lovely artwork such as those above, on a kitchen shelf. I love the look of it - adding color, definition and dimension to the shelf and walls. (Via Pursuit of Style. Original source unknown)

I truly have a thing for octopi. Isn't this the greatest? I'm thinking I would hang this over my dining room table. I'd have purple ceilings, white trim and gray walls. I love purple. I love grey. I think they fantastic together. Add this cute creature and we're good to go! Oh lord, Mom, I'd like this for Christmas... you can get it for me at Anthropologie!  The newer version has changed slightly... I'll take it though. It's still fantastic! (Yes, my mother reads my blog too!)

Valentino. Studly. Sexy. Elegant.

I've always adored ric-rac and pompoms. This is the quintessential shower curtain. I must have one like this one day... (one day when my children are grown and out of the house so I do not have to worry about them tugging at said pompoms and shooting them at each other across the house... Sigh...) Via DesignSponge.

Faboulous fabulous fabulous... This ingenious clutch was created by Chanel for the Spring 2012 Ready to Wear Collection. The ring is pretty clever too... via Style.com
Boredom busters... chase the blues away with these absolutely adorable Animal Print Sandals. What child won't love these? Available from SweatPea.

Fabulously genius. Take your children's artwork to a whole new level. Your darling young Picasso will be thoroughly enchanted by these creations... I'd say this is better than any refrigerator door, wouldn't you?!You can order them through Taigan . Aren't they just too wonderful??!!

I NEED THIS!!
I need this NOW! Isn't it just the cleverest? What a great gift it would make as well. For this as well as other fabulous ideas check out Vinegar and Brown Paper.
