@joyridestudio is such a special place... they’re celebrating their 7th year and I’ve only been a member for a little over a year, but it feels like home. I try to get there 6 days a week and I always look forward to going... and when I think I can’t push myself anymore there’s always someone to cheer me on. Today all the Joyride Studios celebrated #prideday and in light of all that’s going on in our country it’s so nice that these guys are so welcoming and inclusive - not to mention they have the best instructors around!

Hey @wswestport I made THE BEST bowl using your @eatflowerchild Miso Ginger Vinaigrette... 1/4 quinoa, heaping handful of baby spinach, handful of shredded cooked Brussels Sprouts and a little bit of leftover wild salmon. Can’t wait to make this again!
