My cousin Alex is the best. She's my littlest cousin (6 years younger -- but much taller!) and even though she is in Boston, just 3 hours away, we don't see each other nearly often enough. Even though our parents both have houses in Newport we can't sync our schedules. Enter Facebook. I puffy heart Facebook. And for all you who are friends with me, you know I am a bit addicted. So in between folding laundry, wiping noses, doing dishes, I always hop on for a quick check. Alex had just updated her status and honestly I have never laughed so hard.

Alex is a highly respected anesthesiologist in Boston. She's smart. Sassy. Classy and loves expensive shoes. Especially French ones. While her her mother (adorable... I wanna look like her when I grow up) and sister are preppy to a fault, Alex is well... more of a Laboutain-Prada-Wearing-Mama. She's hip. And she is funny. Very. Very. Very funny.
