There is a great, very casual seafood restaurant called Huots (pronounced Hewitt) in Camp Ellis, Maine. We eat dinner there every year. The kids love the mini Maine Shrimp (aka Popcorn shrimp) and I love their Lobstah rolls! Camp Ellis is a big fishing town and we love to go out on the rocks, jetty and down on the docks. I got some great pictures of the kids in Camp Ellis the other night before dinner.
