#repost I DIE!!! I happen to have this thing for turtles, and the ocean and blue... I mean isn’t this just PERFECTION?! Mudroom designed by friend and neighbor @parkerandcompanydesign
For very different reasons I adore the beach in Wintertime... but I won’t lie, I’m so ready for warmer weather! Shot with Cannon 80D @canonusa @canon_photos
Such a great afternoon shooting for @schofferhoferus at @pearlatlongshore ... your grapefruit beer amazing!! 🍻
I can see again! I’m loving my new frames! #foureyes
Sage words from a sage man. #stephenhawkingrip
Happy National Pi Day! Now this I could really sink my teeth into! 😉
Channeling summer and all things warm and summery and breezy... like that time I went to @oceanhouseri with @jcatnap @rizzolibooks for my Birthday ... #sayitaintsnow!
To be back in one of these chairs, fireside at @gracehotels @mayflowerinnspa, sipping my Sancerre, perusing through the thick yellow @relaischateaux book, trying to decide where to next... instead I’m anxiously awaiting to hear whether the kids will have yet another snow day tomorrow 😭😭#backtolife #backtoreality
Happy Monday everyone! Yesterday morning I was enjoying a leisurely day, eating this amazing housemade Granola with Greek yogurt and honey at @mayflowerinnspa ... Hmmm... I wonder if they’d share the recipe with me?! #backtoreality #mondaymorning
How lucky to be kidnapped for 24 hours to none other than @mayflowerinnspa in Washington, CT. We couldn’t get over how close it is to Home! Just about an hour away from most coastal Fairfield County towns. As with all @relaischateaux properties, the staff was exceptional, the food divine, the property spectacular... but my favorite was the Spa.... one of the best massages I have ever had!
When I was pouring through old photos yesterday I found this one circa 1970. The hot blonde in the bikini is my mother. The cute kid (what happened?!) was me. We were poolside at my grandmother’s house in Cannes. It wasn’t until recently that I learned this was a self-cleaning salt water pool. When I grow up 😉 I’d like one of these too!
My first Role Model... My mom... she worked when most women didn’t. She left Skidmore College when she was a Junior to live in France then came back to the States to New York to where she was offered a job at the Museum of Modern Art in publicity where she remained for about 15 years before accepting a position as Director of PR at the Whitney Museum. I remember being fascinated by her exciting life and all incredible the people she met. I grew up with the knowledge that I could do anything I wanted, and never once doubted that I or any other female couldn’t. (Yes, that’s a cigarette in her hand - a filter less Gauloise to boot!) Very #madmen! #internationalwomensday
